She’s the best yoga teacher in town! She will help you in anyway to get a good stretch and will help you get the proper form down no matter what. In meditation she always finds a way to relax me and I feel like a whole different person leaving the yoga studio.

Jahaira also taught online yoga for Merging Vets and Players & online chair yoga for AARP.

The various Yoga methods and classes Jahaira teaches prioritizes the mental and physical wellbeing of Military Veterans, Athletes and caregivers in the Las Vegas community. Chair Yoga with Jahaira is available to everyone via online zoom platform courtesy of AARP. The provided online yoga class, during the COVID Pandemic, serves to prevent isolation, provide coping mechanisms for depression, anxiety, stress, and PTSD. Jahaira’s vision is to provide a safe and supportive atmosphere and to guide others to take steps to healing, through yoga. She continues to build her mental health up and strengthen her physical limitations through teaching and practicing yoga.
Best yoga instructor I’ve ever had. Jahaira’s able to work around all of my injuries and help me with my anxiety getting me into meditative peaceful state. The experience in her studio is incredible, there’s nothing like it.
Jahaira was clear, concise, compassionate! She walked us through what to expect with the session as well as how to proceed. My particular session was one she had with a lot of injuries & ailments. No one had a flare up! She offered enough modifications and adjustments we all felt included and felt the “stretch”!
